USE AGREEMENT
This portion of our website offers high resolution images that require a high speed internet connection to download, and should only be accessed by the media or for Western RV dealer use. All images are available throughout our website in a lower resolution format for personal and private use.

By clicking "I Agree" below, and by downloading any photographic images and graphic designs contained on the Western Recreational Vehicles, Inc., (Western RV) website, you agree to be bound by all the terms set forth below, and you acknowledge that you are either a licensed or authorized Western RV dealer, or an agent or employee of a print, audiovisual, or electronic media publication, or that you are a member of the press. Otherwise, do not click the "I Agree" button below, and do not download these images or graphic designs.

Limited License. Western RV is the owner or exclusive licensee of all copyright and trademark rights in the photographic images and graphic designs available on this website for downloading, and hereby grants only to licensed or authorized Western RV dealers, agents or employees of print, audiovisual, or electronic media publications, or members of the press, a non-exclusive limited license to use the downloaded images or designs for the sole and exclusive purpose of advertising products manufactured by Western RV, or writing news or feature articles about Western RV or its products. Western RV reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Restrictions. You agree not to remove any copyright, trademark, or patent notice from any of the downloaded images or designs. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute to others, any of the images or designs you download from this website, except to carry out the provisions of the Limited License granted above. You agree not to sublicense or transfer the downloaded images or designs to any third party.

Ownership. You agree that Western RV retains all right, title, and interest in and to the images and designs in the Western RV website, and all copies of those images and designs, including all copyright and trademark rights therein. Use of any trademarks owned by Western RV inures solely to the benefit of Western RV. You agree to erase all those images and designs from your computer and discontinue use of those images and designs upon receipt of a written notice to do so from Western RV.

Termination. This Agreement terminates immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination you agree to immediately erase the downloaded images and designs from your computer and discontinue use of those images and designs.

Miscellaneous. The laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to Washington's conflict of law principles, govern this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or enforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it legal, valid, and enforceable, and the legality, validity, and enforceability of all other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Western RV regarding its subject matter and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter contained herein; Provided, however, that if you are a licensed or authorized dealer of Western RV, both this Agreement and your Dealer Agreement apply with full force and effect. No modification or alteration of this Agreement will be valid except in writing.
