Answer: On the left front corner of your Alpenlite you will find the Federal Certification and Vehicle Identification label. This tag gives the vehicle identification number, which is your serial number. When contacting your selling dealer or Western RV, please be sure to have the last five (5) digits of this number ready.
Question: How do I obtain service for my Alpenlite Fifth-Wheel, Alpenlite Travel Trailer or Alpenlite Truck Camper?

Answer: Yes, Western RV's Factory Service Center is there to support our entire network of dealers for warranty work. A scheduled appointment is needed and must be pre-approved by a Factory Service Representative. Please call (509) 853-2940 to schedule an appointment for warranty work. Also, please note that during our peak season, several weeks notice may be needed to schedule a service appointment.

Answer: Yes, however, all repairs must be pre-authorized by a Factory Service Representative and can be reached by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Question: Can I stay overnight in my Alpenlite at the factory?
Answer: Yes, however, pull-through parking is only available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 110 volt electrical hook-ups are available for pull-through parking, but no fresh water or sewer hook-ups are provided.
Question: What are the factory service hours and can I drop by for service?
Answer: Factory service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. PST. All factory service must be pre-arranged.
